Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Seattle seeks a Senior Program Manager for WWGS to develop scalable tools, optimize processes, and align cross-functional teams across One Grocery.

You will bridge Central Selection, Insights, Trade Planning, and Vendor Experience to build the local grocery selection and ensure efficient end-to-end operations. This role partners with product and technology teams to drive continuous improvement, manage schedules, stakeholder communications, and analytics-driven decisions for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of general AI tools and workforce development programs beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create, scale, and optimize business processes across all teams to enhance efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness.
• Streamline business development processes to support selection, trade execution, and vendor management operations.
• Develop and implement launch plans to pilot and roll out platforms across teams.
• Partner with product and technology teams to develop automated tools for data-driven decisions.
• Define requirements and tool selection for centralized project intake and portfolio management.
• Act as liaison between multiple teams and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
• Manage work back schedules, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
