Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience with selection strategy, category management, or space planning.
Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Microsoft Access or SQL.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute location and format-driven selection strategies informed by benchmarking, market data, and sales analysis.
Drive automation and leverage AI tools to simplify planning and improve efficiency.
