Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Worldwide Grocery Stores Programs. You will own end-to-end program strategy across platform migrations, cross-org integrations, and 3P vendor dispatch expansion, partnering with leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will shape readiness strategies, coordinate with OTS Field, DSE, TOPS, and WWGS tech domain owners, and drive risk mitigation with minimal supervision. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders and advising cross-functional teams.
• Experience in resolving conflicts and set appropriate expectations with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, delivery, and stakeholder management for multiple programs.
• Lead WWGS SD integration and unify dispatch, vendor management, and readiness per roadmap.
• Produce weekly status, monthly reviews, and quarterly business-case updates to leadership.
• Build stakeholder relationships across OTS Field, DSE, TOPS, WWGS technology domains.
• Identify risks and resolve cross-org conflicts without escalation.
