Job summary

AT&T Government Security (AGS) is seeking an Associate Director to manage security for classified government programs at a Chantilly site. The role leads a team, ensures compliance with U.S. Government security policies, and coordinates with agencies and corporate stakeholders to enable program execution.

The position requires TS/SCI with polygraph, extensive DoD/IC security expertise, and proven leadership in security operations and program oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a DoD/US Government security program.
• Five years providing security support to the Intelligence Community.
• Completion of US Government contractor security training programs.
• Experience supervising personnel and managing security operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee personnel supporting government programs and customers.
• Ensure compliance with government security procedures and regulations.
• Develop relationships with government agencies and corporate stakeholders.
• Guide program security CONOPS, OPSEC plans and security procedures.
