AT&T Global Public Sector in Columbia, Maryland seeks an Associate Director to lead network project/program management. You will direct planning, coordinating, and delivering IT service initiatives for a mission-focused program and collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires office presence 5 days/week, a TS/SCI with poly clearance, and extensive experience managing schedules, risks, and reporting for complex programs within a federal IT

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex IT projects for government or IC contracts.
• Ability to plan, track, and report on schedules and risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive briefings.
• Experience coordinating across contractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities for network and service initiatives.
• Coordinate with program leadership, technical teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet contractual requirements and SLAs.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedules and deliverables.
• Drive process improvement and operational readiness.
