Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex government communications programs, overseeing governance, budgets, schedules, and risk across multiple teams. The role requires coordinating workstreams and ensuring client satisfaction while traveling up to 25% to customer and contractor locations.

The PM interfaces with Government leadership and contractors, driving compliance, quality, and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
PMP certification required.
Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience managing communications services contracts.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership across inter-organizational management teams for multiple workstreams.
Establish program priorities, objectives, and performance standards.
Lead and coordinate activities across teams to deliver program outcomes.
Manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and risks across a significant program segment.
Liaise between Government and contractor teams and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
