Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector in Columbia, MD is seeking an Associate Director to lead network project and program management for the RIS I contract. You will direct planning, execution, and delivery of complex network initiatives, ensuring on‑time, within‑scope, high‑quality results aligned to the mission.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, 12–15 years of PM experience at Level 4, and proven leadership across cross‑functional teams and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience as a Project Manager, Level 4, supporting complex operational, technical, or mission-focused programs.
• Master's degree is equivalent to six years of experience; Bachelor's degree to four; Associate degree to two.
• Experience supporting federal government or intelligence community contracts in a mission-critical IT services environment.
• Experience managing project schedules, deliverables, resources, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules, project documentation, action trackers, deliverable schedules, and leadership status reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction, execution oversight, and people leadership for project teams responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering network and service-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with program leadership, service managers, technical teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and with consistent quality.
• Ensure established service levels, performance objectives, and contractual requirements are met across supported environments.
• Create, implement, and sustain operational improvements that support objectives across multiple facilities.
• Maintain and track project status, including the Integrated Master Schedule, documentation status, key actions, and task assignments; monitor progress and inform leadership of status, risks, and decisions.
