Nava is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for strategic government contracts. You will ensure trustworthy relationships, clear team health, and solid contract management, coordinating with finance and subcontractors as needed.

With 10+ years of program leadership experience, you will drive delivery excellence, manage risk, and pursue growth opportunities while aligning with Nava's values and public-benefit mission.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large government-focused delivery programs.
• Experience with contracts, financials, and audits in government projects.
• Proven ability to scale delivery teams and manage milestones and integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multiple agencies and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery and client engagement for strategic contracts.
• Manage contracts, staffing, and profit & loss for your portfolio.
• Proactively identify risks and coordinate with delivery teams to resolve.
• Maintain trust with government partners through transparent progress reporting.
• Grow opportunities by identifying surge CLINs, options, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Uphold Nava’s delivery standards and policies at the program level.
