Job summary

Medtronic is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Business Transformation, to lead strategic transformation initiatives across product lifecycle and enterprise systems. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing roadmaps, and driving adoption of enterprise solutions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Based in Lafayette, CO or Mounds View, MN, the position is onsite with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years related experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation, enterprise system implementation, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience partnering with business and IT to gather requirements and drive improvements.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional programs through planning, execution, deployment, and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional transformation programs supporting product lifecycle management, digital enablement, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute program roadmaps, governance structures, resource plans, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver enterprise system implementations and process enhancements.
• Drive business readiness activities including requirements validation, design reviews, testing, UAT, deployment planning, and post-deployment support.
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and issues, and lead mitigation and resolution activities to maintain delivery commitments.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure program effectiveness and adoption.
• Lead process standardization, workflow optimization, and data quality improvement across functions and units.
• Influence and align stakeholders across a global matrixed organization for successful execution and sustained adoption of new capabilities.
