Job summary

Medtronic Neuroscience in Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Product Development Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization in the Neuromodulation portfolio.

Travel up to 20% is expected; you will drive program plans, manage risks, ensure design controls and regulatory compliance, and partner across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with 5+ years in program management or product development in medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional core teams to execute product development programs from concept through commercialization.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies.
• Drive alignment across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies while ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Provide leadership through design, verification, validation, and production ramp activities.
• Monitor program performance and communicate status and risks to leadership.
