Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Principal Transformation Delivery Specialist to lead enterprise transformation workstreams, partner with leaders across HR, IT, and Communications, and drive adoption of new capabilities and operating models. This onsite role at OHQ requires strong stakeholder facilitation and program management across global teams.

You will shape execution plans, monitor readiness and adoption metrics, and capture learnings to strengthen future transformations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of change management, transformation, or organizational effectiveness experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience implementing new structures, processes, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation workstreams from planning through implementation and handover.
• Translate strategies into structured execution plans with milestones and risks.
