Job summary

Medtronic seeks a seasoned leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation programs across its Service Center Strategy. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in program management, business transformation, operations, supply chain, service operations, consulting, or related fields.
• 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise transformation programs.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Prosci, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in MedTech, healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, or service operations environments preferred.
• Experience managing complex global initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
• Strong financial acumen, including business case development and value realization tracking.
• Demonstrated organizational change and transformation leadership.
• Experience with network optimization, operating model redesign, shared services, or service transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM platforms, service management systems, process mining, AI, and digital transformation methodologies.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership teams.
• For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs with focus on service center optimization and digital enablement.
• Develop integrated transformation plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
• Establish program governance and facilitate executive report-outs.
• Coach project managers and workstream leaders; drive standardization of processes and metrics.
• Build business cases and value realization plans; track benefits and ROI.
