Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Program Manager for the M&A Integration Team, onsite across multiple locations including Minneapolis, MN. The role emphasizes end-to-end integration planning, diligence support, and autonomous delivery to safeguard continuity and drive synergies.

You will coordinate with Category management, SQE, and site teams to manage risks, leverage procurement systems, and enable a smooth handoff to Operations Sourcing. Strong PM and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in strategic sourcing/continuity/runthe-business experience or advanced degree with 3+ years in the same area.
• Six Sigma Green Belt/Lean certification and DMAIC methodology preferred.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills for matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Establish program governance, align resources, basel ine site maturity, contracts, and sourcing processes for a structured transition plan.
• Maintain product and supply visibility through an integrated Path to Launch (P2L) with BOMs, forecasts, and supplier data.
• Assess and mitigate supply, capacity, quality, and continuity risks with cross-functional partners while driving supplier readiness actions.
• Drive supplier engagement, sourcing events, outsourcing strategies, and partnerships to realize integration synergies and cost savings.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews, manage escalations, and ensure handoff to Operations Sourcing with risks and launch readiness plans.
