Job summary

ATLAS Space Operations, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead the operations, planning, and execution of strategic priorities for our global ground network serving commercial and U.S. Government customers.

The PM will manage requirements, schedule, cost, and risk, act as the main liaison to customers, and support business development while coordinating with cross-functional teams across time zones. Experience with government contracts is a plus and the role demands strong leadership and clear

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in technical or business discipline.
• 3+ years related experience.
• Experience with space operations and satellite communications.
• Strong team-building and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Experience providing project oversight and resolving resource constraints.
• Experience planning, scheduling, risk management, requirements management, budgeting and execution.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, planning, and execution of strategic priorities for ATLAS client commitments.
• Identify and manage project requirements across integration and operations.
• Track program schedule, cost, and integration progress using tools (Jira/Confluence/Google Workspace).
• Manage contract deliverables while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Serve as the primary interface to assigned customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage quality of service for assigned customers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Support proposal efforts and ongoing business development.
