Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with a Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Typically 12+ years of experience leading complex aerospace or space systems programs.
• Experience managing large interdisciplinary programs involving ground systems, software, hardware, and operations teams.
• Strong systems engineering knowledge, communication skills, and risk management expertise.
• Advanced degrees are preferred; experience with satellite ground segments, cloud architectures, DevSecOps, Agile methodologies, and security clearances is desirable.
