Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 5 years of progressively responsible non-profit program management experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.

• Oversee the Southern Maryland Food Bank's operations and finances.
• Develop systems to improve efficiency and ensure grant compliance.
• Prepare and analyze program reports for stakeholders.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop staff and volunteers.
