Job summary

The St. Louis Area Foodbank is seeking a Programs Services Manager to lead the Partner Relationship Coordinators and Community Data Coordinator, strengthen partnerships, and expand capacity across the Foodbank's 26-county service area in Missouri and Illinois.

This exempt role provides leadership, data-driven strategy, and cross‑department collaboration to improve service delivery, ensure compliance, and advance the Foodbank's mission through a growing network of community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit administration, public health, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years supervising staff and driving program development.
• Experience with community engagement and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Partner Relationship Coordinators and the Community Data Coordinator.
• Develop capacity-building strategies and expand the partner network.
• Oversee Service Insights implementation and data-informed decision making.
• Collaborate across Programs, Marketing, and Community Partners to meet community needs.
