Job summary

St. Louis Area Foodbank seeks a Programs Manager to lead Equitable Access and Health & Wellness programs across a 26-county service area. You will drive program development, evaluation, and continuous improvement to increase nutritious food access and reduce barriers.

You will collaborate with partners, supervise diverse teams, and align programs with strategic goals, grant requirements, and donor expectations to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit administration, public health, nutrition, social work, community development, business is preferred.
• Minimum of three years of program management experience in nonprofit or public health settings.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to establish outcome-based goals for equitable access to nutritious food.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and improve programs addressing community needs and food security.
• Collaborate across departments to gather input and support program delivery.
