Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York is seeking a Program Manager for the Feeding Our Neighbors Office in St. Cecilia's & Washington Heights. You will oversee food programs, coordinate data collection and reporting, and support special events throughout the year.

The role requires strong organizational skills, bilingual Spanish/English abilities, and a track record in social service delivery. Travel is expected; standard hours are 9–5 with occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Formación

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of social service delivery systems, and county resources.
• Good organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and database entry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years in food/service industry.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate food programs within CCCS FON.
• Develop monthly and annual reports, data collection, and program metrics.
• Coordinate events and support special projects.
• Ensure compliance with funding, inspections, safety, and nutrition standards.
• Support budget process and program performance discussions.
