Job summary

zerohash is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead on core Transact products, notably Auth, guiding roadmap and collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable authentication and funding solutions for partners. You will drive execution while shaping strategy in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, data-driven decision making, and fast iteration to meet evolving market needs while maintaining a compliance-first approach

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Background in auth-related payments / open banking.
• Technical background and hands-on with engineering.
• FinTech/payments expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Participate in all stages of the product life cycle, from ideation through launch, and ensure continuous delivery of valuable solutions to customers.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Ensure alignment and effective communication across all teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive product development.
• Set and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
• Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes.
