Job summary

zerohash is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to safeguard reliability of its global value transfer infrastructure. You will escalate complex issues, partner with product and engineering, and architect scalable support tooling.

This role demands deep API, SQL, and coding skills and a passion for proactive incident management. You will mentor engineers, influence technical roadmaps, and help drive internal improvements across enterprise integrations and APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a highly technical client-facing role (support/solutions/backend).
• Deep architectural understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, websockets, webhooks.
• Advanced SQL queries for large-scale data analysis.
• Proficient in one or more languages (Python/JS/TS/Go).
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate debugging and RCA.
• Strong logging/observability, ticketing, and SLA tooling.
• Excellent ability to explain complex tech to engineers and execs.

Responsibilities

• Final escalation point for complex issues across code, systems, and integrations.
• Partner with engineering/product to push critical bugs and roadmap input.
• Build internal tooling, dashboards, and automation for support workflows.
• Create robust alerts and runbooks to maintain platform reliability.
• Lead major incident response and post-incident RCAs with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal training materials.
