Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Financial Risk Mitigation to lead a strategic program within the FRM organization. You will partner with product, tech, policy, legal, and finance teams to control payment and disbursement risk while enabling a frictionless seller experience.

You will drive policy, governance, and analytics, with a focus on scalable processes, automation, and data-driven decision making to reduce fraud and improve compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate financial risk by building tools and policies governing payments and disbursements.
• Own and communicate strategic vision, updates, goals and roadmaps to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Deliver multiple high-visibility initiatives with data-driven tradeoffs.
• Operate independently in ambiguous spaces and drive efficiency through automation.
• Develop scalable solutions addressing future challenges with cross-functional collaboration.
• Build trust with cross-organizational stakeholders and influence through data.
• Quantify impact with analytics; advanced Excel and SQL skills expected.
