Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a key customer trust feature across Amazon stores worldwide. You will drive automation, AI-enabled risk detection, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions that protect customers.

You will analyze data and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, while advancing risk management programs and automation-driven improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Developing automation strategies and driving AI implementation to enhance operational efficiency and scale risk detection capabilities.
• Partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements, shape product roadmaps, and deliver solutions that improve the customer experience.
• Leveraging data analysis and machine learning insights to proactively identify trends, predict emerging risks, and prevent issues before they impact customers.
• Leading cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and continuously improve our risk management operations.
• Drafting and presenting deep-dive documents and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex findings into actionable next steps.
