Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tech, AWS Payments and Fraud Prevention, to lead strategic initiatives in loss mitigation and non-payment suspension for AWS customers. You will own roadmaps, drive data-driven decisions, and influence cross-functional partners across AR, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to improve payment experiences.

This role requires 5+ years of product leadership, a track record of delivering end-to-end solutions, and excellent collaboration with engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision for Loss Mitigation and Non-Payment Suspension (NPS) charters and develop long-term roadmaps.
• Demonstrate data-driven technical and business judgment in decisions.
• Own and drive KPIs within the payments domain.
• Influence cross-functional teams and align roadmaps with LM and NPS strategy.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and produce compelling documentation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to improve payment experiences.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Derive actionable insights from large datasets to inform product strategy.
