Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager within Financial Integrity Trust (FIT), a team in FRM, to oversee initiatives that protect the financial relationship between Amazon and sellers. Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate financial risk and stop bad actors from profiting by building tools and setting policies.
• Own and communicate strategic vision, updates, goals, policy changes and roadmap to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Deliver results and execute multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously.
• Operate with a high degree of independence in ambiguous spaces.
• Set and achieve challenging goals to solve problems and drive efficiency.
• Develop scalable solutions in a resource-constrained environment.
• Build trust with cross-organizational stakeholders using data to influence decisions.
