Responsibilities

Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage stakeholder communication, including regular reporting to senior leadership.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across programs.
Oversee resource allocation and optimize team productivity.
Define KPIs and performance metrics to track program success.
