Job summary

Solution One Industries seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex federal programs, oversee high-performing teams, and partner with government customers. This role may be remote or based in Killeen, TX, requiring a track record of delivering mission-critical outcomes and exceptional customer service.

The candidate will manage program risks, ensure compliance, and interface with CORs and government stakeholders while driving continuous improvement across cost, schedule, and performance

Qualifications

• Master's degree or 25+ years equivalent experience required.
• Experience managing large, complex logistics or operational programs.
• DoD contracting experience or federal acquisition knowledge; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution across cost, schedule, quality, and performance objectives.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and SMEs.
• Interface with Government stakeholders and CORs.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure contractual compliance and risk management across all phases.
