Job summary

Solution One Industries seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex federal programs, oversee high-performing teams, and partner with government customers. The role may be remote or based in Killeen, TX, with responsibilities spanning risk management, contract execution, and program oversight.

The candidate should have a proven track record managing large-scale logistics or operational programs, be able to interface with CORs, and possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 15+ years of program management experience, or 25+ years of equivalent experience.
• Proven success managing large, complex logistics or operational programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution across cost, schedule, quality, and performance objectives.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and subject matter experts.
• Manage program risks, implement solutions, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders and CORs.
• Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
