Job summary

Tekniforce invites a Senior Program Manager to guide high-visibility, enterprise-scale insurance implementations from inception to go-live. The role blends executive strategy with hands-on delivery across internal teams and external providers in a hybrid Raleigh, North Carolina setup.

You will manage multi-vendor integration, SOW governance, and rigorous change control, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while maintaining partner relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of dedicated program management experience in large enterprise settings.
• Experience delivering multi-year programs to production go-live.
• Extensive background managing offshore/onsite vendor models, SOW reviews, and performance recoveries.
• PMP, PgMP, or agile certifications are preferred.
• Deep familiarity with Property & Casualty insurance workflows; PAS implementations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility, large enterprise implementations spanning business and technology workstreams.
• Oversee multi-vendor delivery, governance, and contract/SOW compliance.
• Drive scope/change control and risk management across complex programs.
• Prepare monthly forecasts, burn-rate analyses, and executive status updates.
