Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Data Security & Information Governance to establish, scale, and orchestrate our enterprise governance program. You’ll bridge Legal, Security, and Engineering to turn policy into automated controls and self-service workflows.

You’ll define data governance frameworks, design centralized intake processes, and drive cross-functional alignment to protect privacy and enable compliant AI initiatives across 18k+ clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Governance, Data Security, Data Operations, or Information Architecture.
• Deep understanding of data privacy frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA).
• Experience with enterprise data governance tools (Collibra, Alation, DataGalaxy, Atlan).
• Technical competency with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/GCP, SQL, and data security (hashing, tokenization).
• Ability to create self-service workflows that accelerate R&D and AI/ML while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance framework & tooling strategy for scale.
• Design centralized intake and triage processes (Data Front Door).
• Bridge legal compliance with technical access controls (RBAC/ABAC).
• Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve data policy conflicts.
• Stay ahead of evolving data privacy laws and security architectures.
