Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead medium to large manufacturing projects from initiation through deployment. You will build plans, assemble cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, strong leadership, and manufacturing experience, with proficiency in MS Project and related tools. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
An initiative-taking leader who can work effectively without direct supervision.
Knowledgeable of the industry manufacturing needs.
Good personal organization.
Effective verbal, nonverbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with MS Project, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and database entry.
Able to work well with others throughout the company.
Must be meticulous.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans identifying resources and budgets.
Provide on-site leadership for project team and motivate members toward milestones.
Own full project life cycle from initiation to deployment for major initiatives.
Manage multiple related projects to align with strategic objectives.
Report on milestones, metrics, risks, and issues.
