Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Operations or related field.
• ≥5 years of steel manufacturing (welding) and operations leadership with full site responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all plant activities; review performance against plans and report results.
• Provide hands-on leadership and develop staff through training.
• Oversee profitability, manufacturing efficiency, and cost containment; assist budgeting and forecasting.
• Plan staffing to meet business goals and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Align plant strategy with home office directives and drive continuous improvement.
