You will drive quality, schedule adherence, and cost control while maintaining safety standards and strong collaboration with the operations leadership. The role requires an associate degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Epicor or Vantage systems.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or data center setting.
• 3-5 years of experience in a data center or fiber hut equipment manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams and mentor staff, assigning tasks and training.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met daily.
• Manage attendance and payroll data; maintain accurate records.
