Sabre Industries, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Senior Supervisor for Manufacturing, Safety, Productivity and Quality. You will lead shop personnel, prioritize work, and ensure on-time production in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage staffing, train and coach employees, and use Epicor/Vantage to monitor jobs. The role requires strong leadership, blueprint reading, and teamwork to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Two year associate degree or 3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS requirements for welded structures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong leadership and communication for shift supervision
• Proficient computer skills; Epicor/Vantage experience

Responsibilities

• Gives daily work assignments to personnel within the Shop.
• Monitors progress on daily work schedules.
• Maintains attendance records and payroll reports.
• Evaluates performance in safety, quality, productivity and attendance.
• Interviews candidates and fills positions as needed.
• Maintains staffing levels and coordinates with supervisors.
• Uses Epicor/Vantage system to monitor production jobs.
