Sabre Industries, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the manufacturing segment.

You will partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership to drive performance and ensure accurate financial information. The role leads monthly to year-end close, budgets, forecasts, and cost accounting, developing KPIs and models to support pricing and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and industry experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, materials, overhead, inventory, and variances.
• Partner with plant and operations leadership to monitor financial performance and cost control.
• Develop financial models, KPIs, and tools to support planning, pricing, and decisions.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close activities.
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits and tax activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility.
• Perform additional duties and special projects.
