General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) seeks a dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead execution of Domestic and DoW COCO programs, supervising planning, management, and technical performance across multiple leasing and services programs.

Reporting to a senior director, the role requires extensive program management experience, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive proposals, budgets, and contract terms while ensuring security and compliance in a high-stakes

Formación

• Typically requires a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in engineering, science or a related technical field, as well as thirteen or more years of progressively complex program administration experience.
• Demonstrates extensive technical expertise and application of program management principles, concepts, and practice.
• Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of management, staff, customers, and government representatives.
• Customer driven with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able to travel as required and work extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all phases of the programs from initiation through delivery, including acquisition, planning, and managing technical performance.
• Collaborate with staff and senior management to set objectives for technical, schedule, quality, and financial performance.
• Supervise collaboration with engineering to establish design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for development and testing.
• Interact with management and customer representatives regarding programs, scheduling, and contractual clarifications.
• Lead preparation of proposals, budgets, and contract terms; influence negotiations and modifications.
