Job summary

Oasys International LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to deliver CDAO Support Services for the Air National Guard. The PM will act as the authorized representative for daily operations, interfacing with the COR and Government Program Manager, accountable for delivery of data, BI, AI, and training services.

The role requires 10+ years managing complex technology programs, including at least 5 years with DoD contracts, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent.
• 10+ years managing complex technology programs.
• 5+ years leading federal or DoD contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management for contract performance.
• Interface with COR and Government Program Manager; maintain clear communications.
• Ensure work stays within contract scope and escalate out-of-scope requests.
• Develop an integrated program management approach covering schedule, staffing, risks, and quality.
• Lead workforce planning and resource allocation for uninterrupted performance.
• Manage data pipelines, BI, AI integration, and technical training delivery.
• Enforce Quality Control Plan and monitor performance against standards.
• Track contract deliverables, reviews, and due dates; produce reports.
• Lead post-award program reviews and stakeholder meetings; report status.
