Qualifications

• Requires engineering degree with progressive experience and leadership in projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develops innovative but practical solutions and leads teams of engineers.
• Serves as prime technical contact to customers and government agencies.
• Leads program reviews and consults on technical problems.
• Provides expert guidance to staff and anticipates future engineering needs.
• Directs activities of design or technical staff and ensures confidentiality.
