Job summary

You will guide all phases from initiation through delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and financial objectives are met. The role reports to a senior program manager and requires coordinating across engineering, staff, and customers, with potential travel and a DoD

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in engineering, science or related technical field with 13+ years of program administration experience.
• Demonstrates extensive program management principles, leadership, scheduling, and coordination to meet milestones.
• Ability to develop solutions that coordinate across multiple technologies and program requirements.
• Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interfacing with management, staff, customers, and government reps.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of the program from initiation through delivery, including acquisition, planning and managing technical performance.
• Develop and coordinate program plans or delivery methods for single customers.
• Collaborate with staff and management to set objectives for technical, schedule, quality, and financial performance; align with long-range goals.
• Interact with management and customers regarding programs, scheduling and contractual clarification; act as primary contact for program issues.
• Influence preparation of proposals, budgets, and contract terms; support acquisitions, negotiations and modifications.
• Ensure technical leadership by directing hiring, retention, and development of required management and technical talent.
