Job summary

PEMCO is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs that deliver business value through digital, data, AI, and enterprise capabilities. You will partner with Data & Digital Product Managers, PMO and stakeholders to plan and execute portfolio priorities.

The role requires strong planning, risk management, governance, and the ability to coordinate vendors and teams across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project or program management roles with increasing scale.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies.
• Knowledge of architecture, security, privacy, data governance or responsible AI practices preferred.
• PMI/PgMP or Agile certification preferred.
• MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook proficient.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs or workstreams across multiple teams.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules and budgets.
• Apply PMO tools and governance checkpoints for visibility.
• Elicit and document delivery requirements across dependencies.
• Identify risks and manage issues across programs.
• Coach and mentor teams on project practices.
• Ensure readiness, documentation, training, and deployment validation.
