Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a senior Program/Project Manager to lead cross-functional programs delivering business value through digital, data, AI, and enterprise capabilities. You will partner with PMO and stakeholders to plan, execute, and govern portfolio priorities across multiple teams and vendors.

The role requires extensive experience in managing complex programs, strong Agile practices, and the ability to drive delivery readiness, documentation, and training.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in project or program management roles with increasing scale, scope and/or complexity required.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, technology partners and/or business teams to deliver complex project or program outcomes.
• Working knowledge and demonstrated experience with Agile project methodologies required.
• Experience leading business, IT, digital, data, AI, analytics, reporting, data governance or operational initiatives is preferred.
• Experience with architecture, security, privacy, data governance or responsible AI practices is preferred.
• PMP, PgMP or Agile certification is preferred.
• MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook required.
• MS Project or Smartsheet required for program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead approved complex programs, projects or workstreams of high scale, scope and/or complexity, completed on schedule, within budget and meeting scope requirements of key stakeholders.
• Develop, define, maintain and execute integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, risk and issue logs, dashboards, OKRs, KPIs and other tools.
• Apply standardized project management methodologies to support portfolio visibility and governance checkpoints.
• Elicit and interpret complex delivery requirements across dependent workstreams.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and cross-functional dependencies across programs.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery partners to solve problems and improve processes.
• Ensure delivery readiness, documentation, training, deployment validation and transition activities.
• Coach and mentor others on project and program management practices.
