Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a highly strategic, execution-oriented Program Manager to lead a multi-project P&C portfolio across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines and Specialty products. You will oversee 5–10 active initiatives spanning core platforms and modern digital portals.

As the primary liaison between IT and business units, you will manage interdependencies, drive governance, and deliver executive-ready updates on health, ROI, and risk, while championing change and value realization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project and program management experience, incl. 3+ years in the P&C insurance industry.
• Proven track record of managing programs of 5-10 projects with budgets > $10M.
• Experience with complex system integrations and data migration.
• Experience standardizing delivery using Agile, SAFe, or Hybrid.
• Understanding regulatory requirements including NAIC guidelines and data privacy laws.
• Knowledge of modern core insurance platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco) and digital portals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate a portfolio of 5-10 complex projects from inception through post-implementation.
• Manage integration points across legacy systems, cloud architectures, and core platforms.
• Identify and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies.
• Oversee cross-functional resource allocation for efficiency.
• Present program health and ROI metrics to executive leadership.
• Champion change management to drive adoption.
• Oversee program budget and ROI.
• Monitor spend vs baselines and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee vendor and contract management to ensure on-time delivery.
