Job summary

mPower, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage projects for a federal government client, applying project management best practices to ensure successful delivery from concept through implementation and transition.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and work with stakeholders to define objectives and ensure continuous improvement while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience managing projects in a federal or government-contracting environment.
• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities with federal government clients, incl. planning, scheduling, milestones, dependencies & status reporting.
• Collaborate with clients to define objectives, deliverables and success criteria for iterative development and improvement.
• Coordinate steering committees, working groups and stakeholder communications, including meeting support and governance.
