Job summary

PEMCO is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives delivering digital, data, AI, and enterprise capabilities. You will partner with Data & Digital Product Managers, PMO, and stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and execute complex portfolios across multiple teams and workstreams.

You will develop integrated plans, manage budgets, and maintain risk/issue logs while ensuring readiness, governance, and executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in relevant fields.
• 8+ years in project or program management with increasing scope and complexity.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with data governance, privacy and AI enablement (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, budgets, and dashboards.
• Apply PMO methodologies to support portfolio visibility and governance.
• Elicit and document delivery requirements across workstreams.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across programs.
• Coach teams on project management practices and stakeholder communication.
