Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, seeks a Program Manager in our Fire Protection Systems business at the Wilson, NC facility. You will lead cross-functional teams to manage scope, schedule, cost, and customer commitments for defined programs, while ensuring alignment with performance targets and customer expectations.

This onsite role emphasizes leadership by influence across engineering, quality, and operations.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; minimum of 8 years' relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5 years' experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Program Management Teams for customer deliveries, supplier management, quality responses, proposals, and NPI/technology programs.
• SIOP planning to meet customer needs while optimizing product line profitability.
• Continuously improve business processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and Collins partners; negotiate contracts within boundaries and ensure deliverables.
• Support new business opportunities including cost analyses and engineering estimates for proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, operations, SIOP and customer service for OEM and aftermarket programs.
