Collins Aerospace is seeking a Program Support Specialist to join our Cedar Rapids, Iowa location. You will support the execution of complex development and production programs under senior leadership, coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Contracts, Finance, and Quality teams to drive program success.

You will assist with risk and opportunity management, data reporting, and program reviews, while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure

Qualifications

• University degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of complex development and production programs under senior leadership.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
• Assist with risk management, tracking, reporting, and reviews.
• Contribute to bid and proposal efforts through reporting and support.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and customers for timely decisions.
• Analyze program data to identify issues and help resolve challenges.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Support day-to-day operations and strategic objectives within IPT.
• Collaborate across onsite, hybrid, and remote environments.
