Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager in the Fire Protection Systems business to lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and cost, and secure customer commitments for defined programs onsite at US facilities.

The role offers exposure to SIOP planning, cost analysis, and new business development while collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure successful OEM and aftermarket programs.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 7–10 years in related fields or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Ability to lead through influence in matrixed teams and communicate with executives.
• Experience driving improvements in quality, delivery, and cost across complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program management teams to deliver customer commitments.
• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, and risk for defined programs onsite.
• Drive SIOP planning, cost analyses, and proposals for new opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and operations to ensure program success.
• Engage with customers and Collins partners to negotiate and finalize contracts.
• Support development of proposals and manage OEM/aftermarket initiatives.
