Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies in Bothell, WA, seeks a Senior Supplier Program Manager who leads supplier performance and execution across complex programs, acting as the PMO–supply chain integrator to ensure alignment with program requirements, schedules, and technical expectations.

The role focuses on proactive risk management, recovery, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Quality to maintain readiness and drive accountability across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field required.
• 6–8 years of experience in supply chain, supplier management, operations, or program execution in aerospace or complex manufacturing.
• Experience managing complex suppliers and assemblies for integrated products.
• Proven ability to lead supplier performance, risk management, and recovery efforts.
• Experience influencing cross-functional planning and execution with Engineering, Procurement and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier integration for complex/high-risk suppliers and align with internal teams.
• Own supplier strategies, engagement, and performance expectations.
• Monitor delivery schedules, identify risks, and assess budget impact.
• Manage supplier risk register and mitigation plans with follow-through.
• Lead readiness assessments at milestones and communicate gaps and actions.
• Coordinate escalation and recovery actions for at-risk suppliers.
• Ensure alignment of supplier plans with program schedules and needs.
• Drive supplier improvement for reliability, cycle time, and execution.
• Mentor Specialists to strengthen supplier integration practices.
