Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated residential support professional to work closely with the Residential Manager in providing evaluation and treatment for individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

You will perform case management duties for an assigned caseload, maintain documentation, and assist with behavior plans, medication administration, and transportation as needed. This role requires strong written skills and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Education related to psychology, social work, or related human service field preferred.
• Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information.

Responsibilities

• Write monthly progress notes, ISPs, assessments and objectives for annual reviews and related paperwork.
• Attend meetings and chart data from programs regarding individuals.
• Assist with development of behavior plans or other intervention strategies.
• Instruct, supervise and evaluate individuals in community living per their plan and record data.
