Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated caregiver to support individuals with disabilities in a residence. The role focuses on health, safety, wellbeing, independence, daily living skills, and community integration.

You will provide personal care, assist with planning, motivate individuals, and ensure a safe, respectful environment. Requires HS diploma, ability to read plans, and a valid driver's license; will train in Medication Administration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 24 hours of training annually.
• Current physical exam and PPD as required by licensing.
• Ability to read and understand plans and instructions.
• Clear English communication.
• Valid driver's license with insurable DMV record.
• Pass background checks per OSPSA/Act 169.
• Medication Administration course within 6 months of hire.

• Follow policies for managing behaviors and reporting incidents.
• Role model appropriate behavior and assist per Individual Service Plans.
• Provide personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing, laundry, etc.).
• Support the mission and vision of the organization.
